Hannah Lancaster, AGPCNP-BC

Hannah Lancaster is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her MSN degree from Vanderbilt University with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. Hannah has 6+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the outpatient surgery, GI/Endoscopy, and home health settings. Her passion as a healthcare provider is caring for the adult and older adult populations, educating them, and providing them with the best care possible to improve their quality of life. Hannah believes that building a strong rapport with each patient helps open lines of communication and sets the stage for better health outcomes. She strives to involve her patients in the decision-making process and customize a care plan suited to his or her individual needs.

Hannah is happily married and lives with her husband, Zach, and 3 dogs. She enjoys reading, baking, horseback riding, hosting friends and family in her home, and spending time outside.

Sandra Rogers is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is experienced in women’s health, bariatrics, family medicine, and has 10 years of labor & delivery Registered Nurse experience.

She is passionate about patient care and treats every person individually and with respect. Sandra listens to patients’ concerns and takes into account genetics, health history, body chemistry, stress and the goals of the patient to improve quality of life for each individual. Sandra’s holistic approach to medicine is oriented toward improved quality of life and achieving a healthy lifespan by implementing new modalities and proven methods of treatment.

Sandra’s passions include advanced cosmetic injections and dermal fillers, menopause, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging medicine. Sandra loves essential oils and believes there is a therapy for stress and aging through her medicinal approach to patient care.

I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 4 years, and was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years before that, including 5 years as a Clinical Educator in a hospital and 10 years in cardiac rehabilitation that affords me years of experience with writing individualized plans for cardiac, diabetes, exercise, weight loss, smoking cessation, and mental health care. I am a certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional.

My BSN is from Oklahoma Baptist University, my MSN from University of Phoenix, and Post Master’s Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman’s University.

Julia Minigutti, PA-C

Julia Minigutti is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her graduate PA degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, following her completion of clinical rounds in various medical specialties all over Texas. Julia has worked closely with and for our office for years, dating back to before completing her undergraduate B.S degree in Liberal Studies, Biology, Communication Sciences, and Kinesiology from the University of Houston. 

Julia is growing in her passion for providing precise and personalized care, and making sure every patient feels not only listened to, but understood regarding any concerns they may have. Julia wants to make sure all of her patients have a comfortable and informed visit every time, and will go lengths to make sure every treatment option available is explored and explained. 

Julia is currently engaged and set to be married by the end of 2023, and in her free time, Julia loves to read and stay active with a rigid workout schedule.
